We currently ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:
United States: 5–10 business days
Canada & UK: 7–14 business days
Other International Locations: 10–20 business days

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions (if available) will be displayed at checkout.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier first.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
